Five client sites rebuilt on one rule: one neutral ramp, one accent ramp (plus a main ramp where the brand has a dark colour), built in OKLCH with even steps. Every existing colour mapped to its nearest step without lowering contrast. Layout untouched; only colour changes. Nothing here is live on any client site.

The worst offender: 18 near-identical reds and 39 neutrals from weeks of one-off fixes. Now one warm espresso-to-cream ramp and one brick-red ramp anchored on the shopfront red. Same layout; it reads calmer because the near-duplicates are gone.

Already fairly tidy. The teal becomes one even four-step ramp and the greys become one warm neutral ramp set by the page background.

Neutrals unified around the cream ground; the butter yellow kept as the one accent. The wordmark and badge are unchanged.

Already restrained, so very little moves. A useful control: a site that was already a system barely changes.

Navy is the main ramp (their livery), red the accent, and the logo yellow kept as a small second accent because it is on their sign. Light sections pick up a faint navy cast so they belong to the same family.
